Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the website hyperionfr.com as well as the advisory services delivered by Hyperionfr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 921 456 789.

Article 2 — Services

Hyperionfr offers: (i) a free eligibility audit for social, tax and European schemes; (ii) a paid support service to prepare and track the corresponding administrative files. Pricing details are provided by quote before any signature.

Article 3 — Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate information and, upon request, the supporting documents required to process the file. Any inaccurate statement may lead to termination without notice.

Article 4 — Hyperionfr obligations

Hyperionfr is bound by a reinforced best-efforts obligation. We guarantee data confidentiality, compliance with COBSP broker professional secrecy, and full fee transparency.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from signature, unless you have expressly requested early performance.

Article 6 — Liability

Hyperionfr cannot be held liable for a refusal by an administration or a delay caused by a third party. Final decisions belong to the competent authorities (DGFiP, CAF, Bpifrance, European Commission, etc.).

Article 7 — Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the client may refer free of charge to the Medicys consumer ombudsman (www.medicys.fr) before any court action.

Article 8 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, subject to public-policy provisions favouring consumers.
